On January 1, 2022, FBCScottsdale had about 30 folks commit to reading the bible through in a year, starting in Genesis and concluding in Revelation. Most of those are still on track; we’ll acknowledge the finishers on Sunday, January 8, in Worship.
Starting on January 1, 2023, FBCScottsdale will offer a new schedule for reading the bible in a year—one based on chronology. Kings and prophets will be correlated. Missionary journeys and letters will fit.
One of our Values as a church is to Feast on the Word. Let us commit to 10 minutes a day to read through that word and let God speak to us daily. I urge you to start the new year with your bible open expecting the Lord to speak to you!
