At FBCScottsdale our kids (infant through 5th grade) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way.

Sundays from 9:00am - 11:45am

Wednesdays:

5:00pm Children and Youth Choir in the Choir Room behind the Sanctuary.

6:00pm Family Dinner- $5.00 or $20.00 MAX for families over four people.

6:30-8:00pm Children's classes.

Wednesday Children's Program: Pioneer Club Delta

Our Wednesday Children's classes will be using the Pioneer Club Delta program! Each child will receive their own book, bag, stickers, and supplies to help them complete activities and earn badges.

Please let the church office know if your child plans to attend the Wednesday program so supplies can be ordered and ready each week. The program is completely free for families!

What Is Pioneer Club Delta?

Delta stands for Disciples Equipped for Life, Transformation and Action. This program helps children grow in their faith through Scripture memorization, Bible study, and practical application.

Each week combines Bible exploration, life skills, games, and hands-on activities to help children grow in their minds, hearts, and everyday lives. Kids will have fun learning new skills, putting their faith into practice, and earning badges along the way.

More details will be shared soon, but it's going to be an exciting and engaging year! Regular attendance helps children get the most out of each lesson and work toward earning their badges. We hope Wednesday nights will become a regular part of your family's weekly faith routine.

Children's Choir Updates

The Children's Choir will also be singing during Sunday worship services once a month! The kids will continue learning songs as usual, with more opportunities to share their worship with the church community.

A calendar of singing dates will be shared soon, giving families plenty of time to plan ahead. December will be a special month as the children take part in the Christmas season during worship.

We look forward to seeing the kids grow in faith, develop new skills, and share their gifts with our church family!

Darla is the Director of Children’s Ministries here at FBCScottsdale. She has been married to her husband, Bob, for 40+ years and together they have four grown children. Darla was previously the Early Childhood Director for ten years before stepping into her current role. Darla is passionate about supporting families, kids and parents alike, as they navigate the twists and turns of life. When Darla is not taking care of families at FBC she enjoys playing games and spending time with her family—especially her new grandbabies.
