Chaneni House October Update

Thank you to our faithful supporters who are visiting our Facebook page and maintaining this ministry with your donations. Because of you, we have been able to to obey the Great Commission, starting at home and reaching further out with help given in Christ's name.

We continue to help families in our community. With food and gas prices as they are now, the working poor are facing a serious situation. We are able to help with grocery bags, clothing for the family, and household needs. We also can help the homeless among us. We see them every day, some living in cars and others wherever they can find a place to bed down for the night. We have lunch bags for them every time we are open as well as clothing and needs like blankets, gloves, and caps as colder weather arrives.

In addition, we are able to reach out beyond our community. We are so pleased to be able to support the work of the Piantedosi's on the reservations. We have also been able to send clothing through the East Valley Refugee Network who are assisting in resettling migrants from the Middle East and Central America.

We are grateful for your donations, whether clothing or financial. Our biggest need right now is for bottled water.

Matthew 25:37-40 (The Message)

“Then those ‘sheep’ are going to say, ‘Master, what are you talking about? When did we ever see you hungry and feed you, thirsty and give you a drink? And when did we ever see you sick or in prison and come to you?’ Then the King will say, ‘I’m telling the solemn truth: Whenever you did one of these things to someone overlooked or ignored, that was me—you did it to me.’
