Grow Groups exist to help us dig deeper into God’s Word and follow Jesus. They also connect us to each other as a church body. If you currently lead a Grow Group (or have in the past), or if you’re considering it – you’re invited to a workshop that will give you some facilitation tips and tricks.
Meeting Adult Learner Needs
• Understand how adults learn and the conditions and strategies to accomplish that.
• Gain insights into creating a learning environment that respects their needs and values their contributions.
Facilitation Strategies
• Get some question stems that spark thinking.
• Learn some ways to facilitate small groups so everyone shares.
